Come stay at this four season cottage on a private lake. Property is well treed with mature trees. Fishing-lake trout and bass. Size of lake is approx. 2 miles by 1 mile. Spring fed lake-very clean, tested yearly. Beach area-sand. Child friendly, walk out 150 feet before drop off. Equipped with satellite TV, fridge, stove, washer, dryer, outside clothes line, dishes, utensils, pots, pans, bedding, linens, BBQ, boat, electric motor, patio furniture and fire pit. NOTE: boat not equipped with life jackets or fishing equipment. Fishing permit can be purchased in Gracefield. Dimensions of house are 60 x 40. 22 x 12 foot deck off of living room and a 10 x 12 foot deck off of master bedroom both facing lake. The TransCanada biking and walking trail is at the end of the lake (follow the road to the end). Shopping within approx. 5 km in the village of Gracefield. Metro, pharmacy, bank, liquor store, butcher and gas station. Gracefield hosts a country festival at the end of August.
